Public Tours are not designed for groups of 10 or more and/or children's groups.
Please call 314-965-6885 ext. 2 to schedule a private tour for a large group,
or 314-965-6885 ext. 5 to schedule a private educational tour for a children's group.

Group Tours

Adult-Senior Group Private Tours
Receive group admission rates and an assigned guide to meet your group's needs. Private tours include some passenger rail cars that are not open to the general public.

The non-refundable fee for a private tour guide is $25 in addition to group admission fees. Tours are one hour. Tours can be reserved to fit your schedule. First tour can be scheduled as early as 9:15 am (11:15 am on Sunday), last tour at 2:45 pm. There is a maximum of 35 guests per tour guide. All fees are due when making reservations.

Your group may ride the trolley and miniature railroad for an additional fee if your tour is scheduled during their seasonal operation times. Courtesy picnic tables are also available for use.

Summer Group Visits
To receive discounted group rates, groups must be twenty (20) or more guests. Full payment must be received at least two weeks in advance with a credit card.

Our museum grounds are outside so wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. Our grounds are large and everyone will get lots of exercise as you explore transportation history at your leisure.

Group fees are as follows:
$6.00 per person (admission plus train ride*)

* Rides are seasonal/weather dependent, please check the website for train schedule information.
