Brownies: Earn the "Puppets, Dolls & Plays" Try-it by
participating in a workshop with the MOT Education & Scouting Staff.
Scouts will experience a hands-on workshop by creating their own puppet,
role-playing and learning about what happens "behind the scenes" of
a real puppet show. Workshop fees include a ticket to the performance.
Boy Scouts have the same opportunity in an "all boys" puppeteering workshop. (Fulfills Tiger Scouts elective 36)
Saturday, October 2, 2010: Workshops available at 9:00 & 11:00 am.
- Workshops are 45 minutes
- $8.00 per scout (includes general admission to the museum, the puppetry workshop and a ticket to the Puppet Show)
- Limited to 30 scouts per session
- One adult chaperone for every five scouts ( $4.00 fee per person general admission & ticket to performance)
- Full payment is required at time of reservation
- Scouts may purchase discounted train & trolley ride tickets when making their original reservation during seasonal operation.
